This advanced course equips technical teams to design, implement, and operate production-grade AI agent solutions on Azure. Participants learn to leverage Microsoft’s agent ecosystem (Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, and Copilot Studio) to build scalable, secure, and orchestrated multi-agent systems aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Emphasis is placed on production-readiness, governance, and observability, enabling integration with Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and Copilot environments. The curriculum follows Microsoft’s AB-100 framework for agentic business solutions, covering agent-first design, multi-agent orchestration, open protocols (A2A, MCP), responsible AI, and enterprise DevOps practices.
Course Outcomes
- Working knowledge of Python programming, including functions, classes, and basic asynchronous concepts
- Understanding of REST APIs and interaction with external services
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, preferably Microsoft Azure (subscriptions, resources, identity concepts)
- Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt usage (no fine-tuning experience required)
Prerequisites
- Strong proficiency in software development (preferably in Python) and familiarity with Azure cloud services.
- Fundamental knowledge of machine learning and LLM concepts, including prompt engineering and vector search.
